Horrible game!!!!! Everyday it resets me back to the beginning!!! The owners really need to fix the issues! Until then I wont b playing or spending my money on it

Was up there in level, game started completely over now Im back on level 1 & keeps sending back to 1 never moving up!!

I LOVED this game ~ spent $$$ ( way to much) it WAS my favorite until I upgraded my phone and everything is gone .... No reply for "Support" team ~ STILL.

I bought power ups, and more power ups. The game shows I have 14 but will not let me use them. I have sent 3 emails but never get a response. You cannot get anywhere without using power ups. Also, getting the Collection items is almost impossible. Update: it is now 2.5 weeks and no answer. Still cannot use the power ups. I wonder why we can email them if they are going to ignore them. Just more irresponsible people.

5th and final update. They made me a liar. Didnt respond to my latest inquiry. All game completions, balls gems, coins, everything...taken away. Even the ones I had purchased at the very beginning. This was my favorite evening game, but is now deleted. It was too depressing to see it every day. Enjoy it while you can. This isnt the first time that all progress was deleted. This problem is on my iPad. Looks like all progress is still on my phone, but my eyes cant tolerate that many cards on such a small screen.

This game is fun and addictive I find myself jeopardizing my sleep and going to work tired cuz I cant put the game down, before bed. next thing I know 10 becomes 12 and 12 becomes 2 before I know it its almost 4 before I go to bed !

This game was fun but now I cant reach my level since the update. My power ups wont work.

I like the game but hard to get any power items to help you. Cost to many coins for very little. Takes to long to earn coins for one special item.

How r u supposed to change between cards when it stalls out? Horrible game!

I love this game, best "Bingo" app on the web! My only complaint is always having to pay for power ups. It would be nice if we could use accumulated coins or points to get the extra power ups! Aside from that, I love it!

I have sent numerous emails asking for help for technical problems... I have NEVER received an answer!! This is an AWESOME game! I love to play it but I want my answers...

too hard to win with so few coins or power ups given in any game. dissapointing
