No answers from the makers

I bought power ups, and more power ups. The game shows I have 14 but will not let me use them. I have sent 3 emails but never get a response. You cannot get anywhere without using power ups. Also, getting the Collection items is almost impossible. Update: it is now 2.5 weeks and no answer. Still cannot use the power ups. I wonder why we can email them if they are going to ignore them. Just more irresponsible people.
